10/19 Run

I am not always the best about keeping this updated, but I am trying to be better.

Today’s training: Long Run.

3.94 miles
Pace: 11:22
Weather: 65 degrees and slight drizzle. Light breeze.

Same as Monday’s run, I developed a pain in the abdomen in the gall bladder/right lung area. Not in the same area as a normal stitch, but not painful to the touch, just to exhalation. Slowing my pace and focusing on deeper breaths may have helped because after a while, it did go away.

Next goal: dig up a free “intermediate” 6 week long 5k training program to really work on reaching my goal of a sub-30 minute 5k. There are tons of beginner programs out there, but all the intermediate ones that I have found cost money.

Tonight, I want to use the foam roller again.
